AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By downloading, accessing, or using the Mommy AI mobile application you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms please do not use our app.
These Terms of Service apply to all users of Mommy AI including free trial users and Pro Mom subscribers.

1. WHO WE ARE
Mommy AI is a mobile application owned and operated by Crowned Vision Technologies LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Georgia, United States. Mommy AI provides AI-powered support tools designed exclusively for mothers including emotional wellness support, career and business guidance, household management tools, and personal development resources.

2. ELIGIBILITY
To use Mommy AI you must be:

At least 18 years of age
A legal resident of a country where our services are available
Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
Using the app for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed

By using Mommy AI you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT
When you create a Mommy AI account you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information
Keep your password secure and confidential
Not share your account with anyone else
Notify us immediately at hello@mommyai.app if you suspect unauthorized access
Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING

Mommy AI offers the following subscription options:

Free Trial

• 7 days of full access
• 30 total AI credits (~4 per day)
• No payment required
• Automatically ends after 7 days

Pro Mom — $19.99 per month

• 200 AI credits per month
• Access to all features including Boss Mom AI, Therapeutic Mom AI, Wellness, Household Management, Planner, Books Hub, Personal Vault, and Mommy Tribe
• Credits reset on your monthly billing date

Pro Annual — $179.00 per year

• 300 AI credits per month
• All Pro Mom features included
• Best value — saves you $60 compared to monthly billing
• Credits reset monthly on your annual billing anniversary

AI credits represent the number of AI-powered interactions available within your billing period. Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. You will receive a push notification when you have used 80% of your monthly credits.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings or through the Manage Subscription option in the app under Support.

5. REFUND POLICY
We offer a 24-hour free trial for new users with no charge. After the trial ends your selected subscription will begin automatically.
If you are not satisfied with your subscription you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase by contacting us at hello@mommyai.app. Refunds requested after 7 days from the initial purchase date will not be issued except where required by applicable law.
Refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Refunds for purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's refund policy. We encourage you to review the refund policies of your respective app store.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

6. ACCEPTABLE USE
By using Mommy AI you agree NOT to:

Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Share, sell, or transfer your account to another person
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app or its security
Upload or share content that is harmful, offensive, abusive, or illegal
Use the app to harass, threaten, or harm others
Attempt to exceed your subscription message limits through manipulation
Use automated bots or scripts to interact with the AI features
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
The SOS feature requires users to designate emergency contacts who have consented to receive messages. Crowned Vision Technologies LLC is not responsible for failed message delivery or delayed emergency response.

7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMER
Mommy AI uses artificial intelligence to provide conversational support, advice, and recommendations. By using our AI features you acknowledge and agree that:

• Mommy AI is NOT a licensed therapist, psychologist, financial advisor, medical professional, or certified business advisor
• AI responses are for informational and supportive purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind
• AI responses should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, financial, or business advice
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on AI responses
• AI conversations may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies
• The Boss Mom AI feature provides general business and career guidance only and does not constitute professional financial or legal advice
• You use all AI features at your own discretion and risk
• If you are experiencing a mental health crisis please contact the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988 or text HOME to 741741 to reach the Crisis Text Line. In any life threatening emergency always call 911 directly.
  
  8. MENTAL HEALTH DISCLAIMER
  The Therapeutic Mom section of Mommy AI including the Voice Vent feature, SOS system, calm games, and Relax Zone is designed to provide emotional support and wellness tools only. It is NOT a mental health treatment service and does not constitute therapy, counseling, or clinical care of any kind.

Voice Vent & Crisis DetectionThe Voice Vent feature uses automated AI detection to identify certain crisis-related keywords or phrases. When detected the app may surface crisis resources including the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline and prompt you to contact emergency services.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The crisis detection feature is an automated tool only and is NOT a guaranteed emergency response system
• Crisis keyword detection may not capture every situation that requires emergency assistance
• In any life threatening emergency you should always call 911 directly and immediately
• Crowned Vision Technologies LLC is not liable for any harm resulting from a failure of the automated crisis detection system to identify or respond to a crisis situation
• This feature is not a substitute for professional mental health care or emergency services

Voice DataVoice content entered through the Voice Vent feature is processed by our AI provider OpenAI solely for the purpose of providing responses and crisis detection. Voice data is not sold to third parties. Voice recordings are not permanently stored by Mommy AI beyond the active session unless required for crisis response logging. Please review OpenAI's privacy policy at openai.com/privacy for information on how your voice data may be processed on their end.

Mommy AI is not a replacement for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing serious mental health issues please seek help from a licensed mental health professional.

9. BOOKS HUB AND AFFILIATE LINKS
The Books Hub section of Mommy AI includes a Book of the Month feature that contains affiliate links to purchase books through third party retailers including Amazon. When you purchase a book through these links Crowned Vision Technologies LLC may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
We only recommend books we genuinely believe will benefit mothers. Our recommendations are not influenced by commission amounts.

SOS FEATURE

The SOS Button within the Therapeutic Mom section allows you to send an automated text message to emergency contacts you have designated within the app.

By using the SOS feature you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for designating emergency contacts who have consented to receive SOS messages from you through the app
• Crowned Vision Technologies LLC is not responsible for failed, delayed, or undelivered SOS messages due to carrier issues, network outages, incorrect contact information, or any other technical failure
• The SOS feature is not a substitute for calling 911 in a life threatening emergency
• Emergency contacts designated in the app are solely your responsibility to maintain and update
• We are not liable for any harm resulting from a failure of the SOS message to reach your designated contacts

In any life threatening emergency always call 911 directly.

10. USER CONTENT
When you enter notes, upload documents, or provide other content through Mommy AI you retain ownership of your content. By using the app you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload or enter into the app. You agree not to upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others or violates any applicable laws.

11. PASSWORD VAULT

The Personal Vault section of Mommy AI includes a password storage feature provided as a convenience tool for personal use.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• The password vault is a convenience feature and is not a dedicated professional-grade password management service
• You are solely responsible for the security of credentials stored in the vault
• We strongly recommend using a dedicated password manager for critical financial, medical, or business accounts
• Crowned Vision Technologies LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access resulting from credentials stored in the Personal Vault
• You should never store passwords to accounts containing highly sensitive information such as banking or government accounts in any mobile app vault including ours
  
  11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  All content, features, and functionality of Mommy AI including but not limited to the name, logo, design, text, graphics, AI personalities, and code are owned by Crowned Vision Technologies LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its content without our express written permission.
  
  12. PRIVACY
  Your use of Mommy AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
  
  13. THIRD PARTY SERVICES
  Mommy AI uses third party services including Supabase, OpenAI, RevenueCat, and Google. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third party services.
  
  14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
  Mommy AI is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis without warranties of any kind either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the app including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or emotional distress.
  
  15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law Crowned Vision Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Mommy AI.
  Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  
  16. INDEMNIFICATION
  You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crowned Vision Technologies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses including legal fees arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.
  
  17. TERMINATION
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason including violation of these terms. Upon termination your right to use the app will immediately cease.
  You may delete your account at any time through the Support section of the app. Upon deletion we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
  
  18. GOVERNING LAW
  These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
  Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
  
  19. CHANGES TO TERMS
  We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of Mommy AI after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
